Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and kmand (kmand.ai). Legal entity name, type and registered business address. They cover this website, signing up for a plan, and the kmand Everywhere extension.
The product
kmand Everywhere is new. Features can change, break or be removed. We recommend trying it on a test account or test data first.
Plans and price
Picking a plan on the website does not charge you: checkout is not open yet. Before kmand charges for anything, we will show you the price and ask you to agree to it. Plan prices and limits are placeholders. Billing period, renewal, cancellation, refunds and taxes to be written once the founder sets prices and chooses a payment provider.
If the current build asks for your own Anthropic API key, Anthropic bills you for that use under your agreement with Anthropic. The extension checks the per-task and per-day limits you set before each call to the AI model.
You stay in charge
kmand works inside software you are signed in to, with the permissions you already have there. It asks for your approval before it deletes, sends, publishes or pays for anything, and you can stop it at any time.
You are responsible for the steps you approve, for having the right to work in the accounts you use it in, and for following those services’ terms. AI can make mistakes, so check its work, especially before you approve a step.
Acceptable use
Do not use kmand to send spam, to break the law, to get around another service’s security or usage limits, to collect other people’s personal information without a lawful reason, or to work in accounts you are not allowed to use. We may end access for anyone who does.
Your data
Your CRM data stays yours. How the website and the extension handle information is described in the privacy notice.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve kmand without owing you anything for them.

GoHighLevel, HubSpot and the other CRM names on this website are trademarks of their owners. kmand is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
No warranty, and limits
kmand is provided as it is, without promises that it will work without errors or fit a particular purpose. Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnity wording to be written with a lawyer.
Law and changes
Governing law and where disputes are heard. We may update these terms and will put the new date at the top. If you keep using kmand after a change, the new terms apply.
